Chelsea is a former West Virginia Assistant Attorney General and prosecutor. She knows how federal agencies evaluate immigration petitions because she was trained to think the way they do. Born in Hawaii and educated in International Relations at Florida International University, Chelsea has practiced federal immigration law before EOIR, USCIS, the National Visa Center, and U.S. Embassies and Consulates worldwide since 2013. In 2020, she refocused her practice entirely on immigration for couples, making KVisaXpress the only immigration-only law firm of its kind.
