Attorney Review Before You File
You did the work.
Now let an attorney make sure it's right.
If you prepared your own case with AI or on your own, the last step is the one that protects everything: a licensed federal immigration attorney reading your case for the mistakes and risks that quietly trigger Requests for Evidence and denials, before you ever hit submit. Choose the depth that fits your case.

Inside the Comprehensive Audit
How you entered the country can matter as much as the forms.
If you arrived on ESTA, a B-1 or B-2 visitor visa, an F-1 student visa, or a J-1 exchange visa, and you are now marrying a U.S. citizen and adjusting status, the government will look closely at your intent when you entered and at the timing of your marriage. The wrong timing or the wrong facts can turn a routine case into a question of preconceived intent or misrepresentation, which carry some of the most serious and lasting consequences in all of immigration law.
The Comprehensive Audit examines exactly this: the manner of your entry, your immigration history, and the timing of your relationship, so any risk is understood and addressed before you file rather than discovered by an officer after you do. This is the judgment you went to a lawyer for, and it is the one thing a form-filling tool will never give you.
How It Works
Simple, and built to respect your time.
Choose and reserve
Pick Express or Comprehensive and secure your flat fee. That reserves your attorney time and your written deliverable.
Send your case
Upload your prepared forms and a short summary of how you entered and where things stand.
Meet with Chelsea
A face-to-face call, in person or by secure video, with a licensed attorney who has read your case.
File, or retain
File with your written plan in hand. If your case needs full representation, your review fee credits toward it.
Questions People Ask Before They File
Straight answers, before you submit anything.
Which level do I need?
If your case is straightforward, with no criminal, waiver, removal, fraud, misrepresentation, or complex status issues, Express is built for you. If any of those apply, or you entered as a visitor or student and are now adjusting, choose the Comprehensive Audit, which includes the entry and misrepresentation analysis.
Can I get a green card if I entered on a tourist visa or ESTA and then married?
It is often possible, but how you entered and the timing of your marriage matter a great deal, and can raise questions of preconceived intent or misrepresentation. The Comprehensive Audit analyzes that risk on your specific facts before you file. No outcome is ever guaranteed.
What does the credit-back mean?
If the review shows full representation is appropriate and you retain the firm within seven days, the fee you paid for the review is applied toward your full legal fee. The diagnostic is not a sunk cost when you decide to move forward.
Is this the same as hiring you for my whole case?
No. Both levels are limited-scope reviews and do not place the firm on your case as attorney of record. You file your own case, unless you choose to retain the firm afterward.
Obsessively Thorough. Brutally Honest. Relentlessly Responsive.
Before you file, have it reviewed.
A clean case stays clean when an attorney looks first. Choose your level, send your case, and Chelsea will tell you exactly where you stand.
$350 Express · $595 Comprehensive · fee credited if you retain within seven days
