You Used AI. Now Get Attorney Judgment.
AI helped you prepare the case.
Now let an attorney check it before USCIS does.
You used ChatGPT, Claude, or another AI tool because you are capable, resourceful, and wanted to understand your own immigration case. That makes sense. But AI only knows the facts you gave it. It cannot verify what is missing, recognize every fact you did not know was legally important, or accept professional responsibility for the strategy. This service is for people who did the work with AI and now want an experienced immigration attorney to check it before filing.
Where Love & Law Collide™
Choose the Depth of Review
You used AI to build it. Choose how deeply you want an attorney to check it.
Both options are designed for people who used AI or online tools to prepare their own filing. In both, a real attorney reviews the actual work product. The difference is how much of the case Chelsea reviews and how much legal analysis your facts require.
- Up to three AI-prepared forms reviewed
- Up to forty pages
- One principal applicant
- Thirty-minute face-to-face call
- Written issue checklist
- No criminal, waiver, removal, fraud, misrepresentation, or complex status issues
- Full review of the qualifying AI-prepared package, limited to two forms
- Legal entry and immigration-history analysis
- One-hour face-to-face call
- Written legal correction plan
- Completed within three business days of your complete file
- Form I-864 Affidavit of Support review offered separately at $150
What AI Cannot Check
AI can generate the forms.
It cannot verify the legal case behind them.
AI can answer the question you ask. The problem is that most people do not know which facts USCIS may treat as legally significant. The timing and purpose of an ESTA, B-1/B-2, F-1, or J-1 entry, a prior overstay, a previous filing, an arrest without a conviction, or a small inconsistency between forms may change the legal analysis even when every answer appears complete.
The Comprehensive Audit examines the facts behind the AI-generated forms, including your entry, immigration history, relationship timeline, evidence, and answers across the package. The goal is not to redo work that is already correct. It is to identify the issue AI could not verify before a USCIS officer finds it after filing.
How It Works
Simple, and built to respect your time.
Choose your review
Choose Express or Comprehensive based on the depth of review your AI-prepared case needs. Your flat fee reserves the attorney review, consultation, and written deliverable described for that service.
Upload what AI prepared
Upload the forms and evidence you prepared with AI, together with a short factual summary explaining your immigration history and where the case currently stands.
Get the attorney analysis
Meet live with Chelsea after she has reviewed the materials, identified the legal issues, and compared the answers across your filing.
Correct it, file it, or retain the firm
Use the written plan to correct the filing yourself. If the review reveals that the case needs full representation, the review fee is credited when you retain the firm within seven days.
Questions AI Users Ask Before Filing
You already asked AI.
Now get answers tied to your actual facts.
Which AI case review do I need?
Choose Express when the AI-prepared case is straightforward and does not involve criminal history, waivers, removal, fraud, misrepresentation, or complex status questions. Choose the Comprehensive Audit when the facts need deeper legal analysis, especially if you entered as a visitor or student and are now considering adjustment of status.
Why not ask AI to check its own work?
AI can proofread its own output, but it is still working from the same information and assumptions. It cannot independently confirm that you disclosed every legally relevant fact, compare your answers to records it has never seen, or provide accountable legal judgment about how USCIS may interpret the complete case.
What does the credit-back mean?
If the review shows full representation is appropriate and you retain the firm within seven days, the fee you paid for the review is applied toward your full legal fee. The diagnostic is not a sunk cost when you decide to move forward.
Is this the same as hiring you for my whole case?
No. Both levels are limited-scope reviews and do not place the firm on your case as attorney of record. You file your own case, unless you choose to retain the firm afterward.
Obsessively Thorough. Brutally Honest. Relentlessly Responsive.
You used AI to prepare it.
Before USCIS reviews it, let an attorney review it first.
You do not need to apologize for using AI, and you do not need to pay a lawyer to repeat work you already did correctly. You need a qualified attorney to identify what AI missed, confirm what is sound, and tell you what to fix before filing.
